You will notice the first results in just a few days after changing your eating habits, whereas, after a month, your overall well-being and body will improve. Putting a healthy and regular diet into practice may be problematic at first, but after two weeks of struggle and preparing meals, it will turn into a positive habit. 


In a properly balanced diet, there should be room for all nutrients.

The diet should be varied. Monotony is the most common reason why people give up their diet. After a few weeks, people find themselves at a loss when it comes to adding variety to their meals. One solution is to consult a dietitian who will not only give you a ready meal plan of what you can eat but will also teach you how to compose meals properly. Once you get used to healthy eating, then the desire to take a step forward is very common. The universal truth is that the appetite grows as (healthy) food.  If you follow a balanced diet and include enough physical activity, your body will yield benefits in health for many years. It is worth noting that exercise should not be limited to the gym. A long walk is an equally effective alternative.
